CHARLTON PARISH COUNCIL
Charlton is a small village 3 miles east of Malmesbury in North Wiltshire. In the parish, which stretches away eastwards from the village, there are about 350 electors in about 180 properties. A map is below.
Charlton Parish Council meets every two months from January, usually on the first Thursday of the month at 7pm in the Village Hall.
Meetings are open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend. The public can raise items directly at the meeting under Item 2, 'Public Questions/Receipt of Petitions'. No prior notification needs to be given.
Meetings in 2025: 9 January, 6 March, 15 May, 3 July, 4 September, 6 November.
The 2025 Annual Parish Meeting (not a PC meeting) is, subject to confirmation, on Sat 5 April.
There are 9 members of the council. The current members were elected in May 2021 or co-opted when vacancies arose since then. The next election is due in May 2025. The Cllrs are:
